Aug 9, 2022 | Amicable Divorce and Conflict Resolution, Blog, Divorce Process

Divorce with Dignity is a national network of divorce support professionals who will help you keep control of your situation and receive an outcome that is cost-effective, safe, and as easy as possible. Our team is composed of dedicated, supportive individuals from all walks of life – many of whom have also gone through a divorce themselves.

We believe that all professional relationships are improved by getting to know the person on the other side of the table. This can help you to feel more comfortable and supported throughout the complicated legal process. You’ll also know that you’re working with someone you can trust.

With that in mind, we’d like to introduce you to Rob Rosen, a Divorce With Dignity Provider based in PA – Philadelphia County.

Five Fun Facts About Rob:

  • When he was younger he wanted to be a Chef.
  • He played college basketball.
  • He used to manage hotels for Hilton Hotels.
  • He loves to write; it helps him express how he feels, and is very therapeutic.
  • He used to be on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Children’s Foundation, a non-profit organization helping disadvantaged youth by connecting them with books and computers for education.

Rob’s Background:

Rob holds a BA from Pennsylvania State University and an MA in human resources from the University of Phoenix. While he has worked across many different industries in managerial positions, he has been serving clients for over 10 years  as a legal services provider in the legal services industry, before joining the DWD team in April 2022.

One of the key reasons why we were delighted to welcome Rob onboard (aside from his experience), was that he shared our passion for providing those who need it most with accessible and affordable legal support. Throughout his legal career, Rob has aimed to provide legal services to those who cannot afford or do not need an attorney. That’s what DWD is all about!

When joining the team, Rob stated,  “I am thrilled to be heading the DWD network in the Philadelphia area. Over the years, I have seen numerous bitter and costly divorces that have caused harm and lasting damage to everyone involved – especially the children. I am passionate about helping families and individuals alike through this process in a peaceful and cost-efficient way.”

Rob and his wife adopted their son, which helped him to develop a sincere appreciation for the adoption process and the life-changing outcomes this can bring forth to children and families alike. As a result, he is particularly experienced in processes that impact children, such as child custody agreements.

Together, their aim is to help people navigate the complicated world of divorce with confidence and ease, without unnecessary pain or discomfort.

Rob’s Specialties

Rob’s varied legal career has allowed him to develop a range of specialties that inform his legal practices and provide his clients with the support they need in order to thrive. This includes:

  • Amicable, uncontested divorce support
  • Child custody / visitation agreements
  • Child support
  • Conflict resolution
  • Corporations
  • Divorce mediation
  • Divorce papers
  • Family law documents
  • Living trusts & wills
  • Marital settlement agreements
  • Name changes
  • Small claims

In other exciting news, Rob’s wife recently achieved certified mediator status. By working as part of a husband-and-wife team, they hope to help couples find a way to part on good terms.

Rob’s favorite quote is, “The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you’ve gotta put up with the rain.”, which accurately sums up his approach to divorce support. He’s there to help you through the rain so that you can enjoy the rainbow on the other side. Think of him as a friend holding up an umbrella – there to guide you through the storm so that you can move forward with your head held high.
