In my sixteen years in the legal profession, I have worked in all aspects of legal practice, including as a legal secretary, law clerk, certified law student, legal researcher and finally, in my own practice as an attorney. After five years in the family law division at Sacramento Superior Court, I have developed a very specific knowledge of how to direct a family law case from initiation to Judgment.
Family Law is the one area of law that affects litigants to their very core. It affects their home, spouse/partner, children and finances. I assisted a broad cross-section of self represented litigants in the Family Law Facilitator’s Office. Some were distraught and helpless, many were frustrated and confused, and yet others were amicable and motivated to put aside their emotions so they could move forward. Regardless of where you find yourself, I feel it is my role to guide you through each step of this process.
