Denise Foster is excited to be offering Divorce With Dignity peaceful divorce services to the people of Alameda County. “I look forward to helping people get through the process of divorce with a more nurturing and supportive atmosphere than what I saw available as a paralegal in the general attorney-based setting. I see that my mission is to promote amicable divorce services and save my client’s time, money, and frustration during this very difficult time. Cindy Elwell will be assisting Denise to ensure a smooth transition over the next four months, and she wants to reassure all our clients and friends that the company is in good hands and we are committed to continuing the same excellent service we have provided our clients since 1995. Cindy founded the company due to her own divorce back in the early 80’s, which was very difficult and caused the standard of living for her and her family to drop considerably.  Cindy’s commitment is to help all DWD clients achieve a divorce that is safe, fair and as peaceful as possible while saving them thousands of dollars.    Cindy is a legal document assistant registered with Alameda County.

Divorce with Dignity-Alameda will provide you with all the support you need to get through your divorce. We provide two main services: divorce planning and facilitation (coaching) if you’re just not sure of what you want, or assistance with all the legal documents so you achieve a divorce that meets your needs. If you need additional support, we have quality referrals to family law attorneys, mediators, therapists, coaches and other sources. We want this to be a holistic process for you, and our mission is to help you achieve a divorce that is fair, easy and affordable so that you can part as amicably as possible. We know and understand what you are going through–it is not easy, but we will do everything we can to help you and your children through this process so you can retain your dignity and self respect.
