How does the process start if I were to separate or divorce?
At Divorce with Dignity we consider each process unique, so a lot depends on your own circumstances and what you wish to do. If you’re ready to start the paperwork, then we would meet with you, prepare the paperwork for your signature, file it with the court, and then help you with the rest of the process, which would depend on whether or not you’re in agreement, or need help coming to an agreement. We are available to meet with both of you, or just yourself, whichever process you prefer.
