I am a registered legal document assistant and will provide you with all the support you need to get through your divorce. We provide two main services: divorce planning and facilitation (coaching) if you're just not sure of what you want, or assistance with all the legal documents so you achieve a divorce that meets your needs. If you need additional support, we have quality referrals to family law attorneys, mediators, therapists, coaches and other sources. We want this to be a holistic process for you, and our mission is to help you achieve a divorce that is fair, easy and affordable so that you can part as amicably as possible. We know and understand what you are going through--it is not easy, but we will do everything we can to help you and your children through this process so you can retain your dignity and self respect.
The average divorce in California costs upwards of $20,000, with most litigated divorces costing much more. On top of that, these legal proceedings can be unnecessarily traumatic and bewildering since most couples are just trying to understand the process while it’s happening.
For some of these couples there is no other option. However, for those who feel that they can part ways amicably, they no longer have to incur these high costs nor do they have to go it alone by attempting to sort through the requisite legal forms themselves.
